I put this on after my moisturizer. I squeeze a nickel size onto my palm and squeeze my palms together and pat this on my face and neck. This moisturizer is very watery and easy to blend. It rarely streaks. It may leave a little white cast if you put on A LOT but that can easily be fixed. I find that this moisturizer kind of helps keep my face a little matte. It is not the perfect mattifying cream but it's decent.
Recommend To: Everyone, especially people with oily skin
Rating: 9/10 (I think mine kind of smells but maybe because I've had it for longer than a year)
